Advancements in dental technology have transformed the perception and performance of dentures, dispelling concerns about discomfort and conspicuousness. With innovations like implant-supported dentures and 3D printing, aesthetic and functional outcomes have significantly improved. However, the quality of dentures varies widely, relying heavily on the practitioner’s skills and available technology.
At Advanced Dental Implant Center, we offer affordable traditional complete and partial dentures, recommending a reline every two years to maintain comfort and fit. Under the care of our highly-skilled doctors, you’ll enjoy enhanced smile function and confidence. I’m wondering why you hadn’t opted for dentures sooner.
At Advanced Dental Implant Center, we determine the most optimal type of denture based on your missing teeth, preference, and budget. During your comprehensive consultation, one of our doctors will discuss potential choices and recommend a cost-effective solution with the greatest functional and cosmetic improvements. We offer highly competitive prices and third-party financing to make getting top-quality dentures an attainable dream.
If you’ve lost many or most of your teeth, complete dentures are an excellent option for transforming your smile beauty and restoring oral function and confidence! Complete or full dentures consist of color-matched prosthetic teeth placed into a gum-colored acrylic base. We typically wait eight to 12 weeks after your teeth have been extracted to take impressions and create this type of denture.
If you qualify for immediate dentures, you can receive one right after the remaining teeth have been extracted. We take measurements and make models of your upper and lower arches to make this possible during a preliminary visit. An immediate denture typically doesn’t fit as precisely as a conventional denture because it takes 6-8 weeks to heal following extraction. After shrinkage of the underlying bone has occurred (about six months following extractions), an immediate denture must be relined or replaced with a new denture.
If you’re only missing a handful of teeth, a partial denture may be the perfect solution to fill these gaps. This type of denture features the same kind of false teeth as a complete denture, but the prosthetic attaches to natural teeth with discreet metal or acrylic clasps. If you’re looking for an affordable denture near you, a partial denture in combination with dental crowns can provide more seamless aesthetics.
Implant-supported dentures are held in place by dental implants, so they eliminate slippage and stress on your gums, don’t require adhesive to stay in place and enable eating all the foods you love. Most importantly, because the implants replace your missing natural tooth roots, the underlying bone is stimulated when you chew, so it stays healthy. This also helps prevent undesirable facial changes that sometimes can occur with traditional dentures. Our team of expert doctors will help you decide if removable or fixed implant-supported dentures better suit your oral health needs and lifestyle.
At Advanced Dental Implant Center, we offer same-day full and partial dentures created in our state-of-the-art in-house dental lab. Our goal is to provide you with affordable, high-quality, and durable dentures that exceed your expectations. The process begins with digital impressions of your jaw ridge and oral tissues, which are swiftly sent to our specialized dental lab. Our skilled technicians meticulously handcraft your new dentures, ensuring they resemble natural teeth and gums in appearance and feel.
Throughout this highly customized process, we may schedule a short appointment for a wax try-in to ensure the perfect fit. Once the dentures are ready, you can return for a final fitting, allowing you to walk out of our practice with a renewed and stunning new smile on the same day. While it may take a short adjustment period to get used to wearing your new dentures, you’ll soon experience the numerous benefits they provide.

Advanced Dental Implant Center are part of a professional affiliation of dental implant practices operated by oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, and restorative dentists. With the specialized techniques used by Advanced Dental Implant Center, such as zygomatic and pterygoid implants, nearly all patients qualify for same day dental implants from a dental perspective. Prospective patients require an initial workup that includes an oral examination, 3D radiographic evaluation, and medical history consultation. Some patients with certain medical histories may not qualify for surgical treatment. “Teeth-in-a-day”, “one day implant teeth”, “same day implant teeth”, etc. refers to the fact that on the day of surgery, patients will have teeth removed (unless all teeth are already missing, dental implants placed, and a screw retained prosthesis secured to these implants on the same day as the surgery. While this first set of teeth are permanent in the fact that they are secured to the dental implants by screws, these teeth are typically not the final set of teeth as the patient will be allowed to heal prior to the delivery of the final set of teeth. Furthermore, the patient will be allowed to suggest desired changes to the initial set of teeth prior to the fabrication of the final set of teeth. The initial set of screw retained implant teeth are permanent in the fact that they are not removable by the patient and can only be removed by personnel in a dental office. With proper care and maintenance, dental implants can last a lifetime depending on the age of the patient when the implants were originally placed. Studies show that dental implants can last over 25 years with proper home care and regular professional maintenance.
